- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Drs and testing staff were good, billing and patient appointment set up horrible. I was told they couldn't send me an email confirmation of my appointment, the girl who called to set up the appt was pretty clueless about every question I asked her. Then I was transferred 3 times the next day when I called back to find out more about the bills for the upcoming appt. The 2nd person I spoke with kept telling me I needed to call back our GP 'who set up the appt.' and I kept telling her UNC Hospitals called to set up the appt.
